Pregnancy
Try drink Anmum milk, really taste good! I did try other brand which I not prefer to mention the brand name I just can't finish it. I care about what I can drink happily rather torture my self to watch my weight. Come on pregnant time u will have different taste. Anyway I love anmum taste SO GOOD!! 👍

Pregnancy daily food intake
Morning - drink anmum milk for pregnant mom. I try drink other brand but I love this brand it really really taste so good n delicious. U won't really feel the taste of milk stuck in tongue. Fruit red or green apple
Don't forget take vitamin(I take obimin n fish oil)
Lunch- I love eat a lot vege during my pregnancy. I have together with rice we here Asia mom love have rice. Ummm I love it . Don't forget to have fruit.
( yeah I gain weight but I will lost my weight after delivery) Just enjoy time of my pregnancy as long baby n i healthy.
I also control my sugar,salt,oil intake.
Snack time - almond,cashew or just carrot
Dinner - I usually take at 6 or 7pm - rice again.
Supple- around 9 or 10 pm -fruit & nut plus anmum milk.

Hi I am back for year 2013
Soon will come wit amazing post !
Now I want just talk about pregnancy feeling. How we go through and what kind food craving.
First week to 6 I feel fever,tired. No vomit. Then 7 week to 11 week I start eat a lot. Keep on hungry. Now after 17 week my food intake become normal but craving only for vegetable. I bought a lot vege n my fridge full of vege.
For supplement I taking obimin n fish oil.
