losing weight progress

hi i am back today date is sept 18, oh god i still not losing weight but gain weight. The reason was simple...

I am so lazy lazy to excise!!!

i did try excise then i exercise but if i was busy oh god that it i am busy loo...

i forget to exercise it ...

if i see my friend eat nasi lemak for breakfast that it... it's main malaysian most wanted favourite....

NASI LEMAK... was calling me to eat eat me... taste me.. and feel good....

yeh i feel good and good taste but i did not reliase it that i gaining weight.... was in trauma in food world

good 1 KG gain !!! WOW! WAU!.. WEI!.....


hmm... how control it... i need to set my mind ... this is because my working environment and friends... will not said dont eat rice but why not eat rice than u will die early.....

Losing weight

I try lost weight from 60 to 53 I did but again I put on weight. It's hard for me to maintain so again put on weight to exactly 60 my weight that max can be. So now I on diet again n trying to maintain. Just telling to my self that my mind is strong n I not weak person. I can do it coz I want look sexy ...
