Losing weight

I try lost weight from 60 to 53 I did but again I put on weight. It's hard for me to maintain so again put on weight to exactly 60 my weight that max can be. So now I on diet again n trying to maintain. Just telling to my self that my mind is strong n I not weak person. I can do it coz I want look sexy ...
