Pregnancy daily food intake

Morning - drink anmum milk for pregnant mom. I try drink other brand but I love this brand it really really taste so good n delicious. U won't really feel the taste of milk stuck in tongue. Fruit red or green apple

Don't forget take vitamin(I take obimin n fish oil)

Lunch- I love eat a lot vege during my pregnancy. I have together with rice we here Asia mom love have rice. Ummm I love it . Don't forget to have fruit.

( yeah I gain weight but I will lost my weight after delivery) Just enjoy time of my pregnancy as long baby n i healthy.

I also control my sugar,salt,oil intake.

Snack time - almond,cashew or just carrot

Dinner - I usually take at 6 or 7pm - rice again.


Supple- around 9 or 10 pm -fruit & nut plus anmum milk.
